Project meeting 2021

Every year the LIFEalps project partner meet with the monitoring team as well as with representatives from CINEA as to talk about the project's status quo and the next steps to be taken.

After the last 1.5 years it was particularly nice to meet again in person.

LIFEalps Workshop: Zero emission in heavy duty transport

In occasion of the first refuelling of a fuel cell truck in Bolzano (a national first!) stakeholders from politics and local economy met at the Bolzano hydrogen refuelling station as to talk about zero emission in heavy duty transport.

E-Drive Day 2021

In September the annual E-Drive Day took place at the Safety Park in Pfatten/Vadena. More than 300 people informed themselves about sustainable and zero emission mobility and participated in the test drives.
The LIFEalps project participated with two FCEVs: a Hyundai Nexo and a Toyota Mira.

Open house day (Glurns/Glorenza)

In September, one of our project partners, hat unser Projektpartner VEK (Vinschgauer Energie Konsortium) organized an open house day as to present its new headquarters to the public.

Of course, LIFEalps was present with a small booth, where we talked with many people about zero emission mobility in general and the project in particular.

August 2021

Meeting Rimini

In August LIFEalps participated in the Meeting Rimini with IDM and the Autonomous Province of Bolzano: South Tyrol's way towards becoming an "alpine model region for mobility" was presented on a booth focusing on both the steps already made as on those to make in future.

Among the guests visiting the booth we could welcome one special guest: EU commissioner Paolo Gentiloni.
