VEK has installed five new fast chargers thanks to LIFEalps
The Venosta Valley Energy Consortium (Vinschgauer Energiekonsortium; VEK) is the first LIFEalps project partner to successfully complete the installation of new equipment for zero emission mobility: in fact, five new fast charging stations for battery electric vehicles (BEV) have been installed in the Vinschgau (val Venosta) valley.
These chargers are so-called hyper-chargers, i.e. it is possible to charge your vehicle with 75 kW. Even better is the fact that the electricity comes from renewable sources (hydroelectric) making a vehicle 100% emission free.
All you need in order to charge, is a card (also international), with the (bi)monthly accounting happening thanks to roaming.
