If you have any questions or problems with your Hyundai Nexo, you've come to the right place!
In case of technical problems
- During refuelling
If you have entered all the data and you cannot select a petrol pump, please check whether the red light is on at the 700 bar petrol pump. In this case, check that the fuelling nozzle is correctly engaged and that the red light goes out.

- If the tank is empty
If you run out of hydrogen en route, please call the towing service on the following telephone number:

Please always state that it is a hydrogen car from SASA AG.
Please enter the address of the nearest hydrogen refuelling station where you can refuel your Nexo.
- If the car is defective
If your Hyundai Nexo needs to be towed away, please call the towing service:

When calling, please always state that the vehicle is a SASA AG hydrogen vehicle.
The vehicle must be towed to the following garage:

If a symbol also appears on the display, please take a photo of it and send it to Fleet Management.
- Starting the car
If the Nexo does not start, please check the following points in turn:
Is the remote control battery flat?
This can be recognised by the fact that the central locking system does not respond;
Is the 12-volt car battery flat?
Here you will find instructions on how to bypass the battery of your Nexo. If you have any questions about this, you can also find the instructions in the car manual in Chap. 6-7 (p. 400).
If this has not worked (even several times), please proceed as follows:
If the car still does not start, please call the towing service and let the car be transported to the garage:

In case of accidents
- With hull damage

Fleet Management will contact you to discuss the next steps.
If the car is no longer roadworthy, please have it towed away and taken to the garage: Europ Assistance (towing service): 800 066348 | +39 02 58245507 (also from abroad)

- With other road users
Fill out an accident report (costatazione amichevole, CID) and send it digitally to the fleet management.
Take photos of all damage incurred (cars, objects, etc.) and send them to the fleet management.
Inform:
- the forces of law and order.
- the fleet management to discuss the next steps (+39 366 5641779 | +39 0471 1964890)
